Welcome to Bouncy Bubble House! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including event equipment rental. By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Bouncy Bubble House provides rental services for event equipment such as inflatable bouncy houses. Our services include delivery, setup, and pickup of the equipment at specified locations agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Process:

  • Bookings can be made via our online Hire Shop, Contact Us page, the "Chat with us" feature, or by email at bouncybubblehouse@gmail.com.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment:

  • Full payment must be made prior to the event.
  • Acceptable payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer (funds must clear before the event), or cash on delivery.
  • A refundable $100 security bond is required with each hire.

3. Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from North Melbourne, 3051:
    • 0–25km: $150
    • 26–35km: $175
    • 36–45km: $200
  • The delivery fee includes setup and pack-down services.
  • Customers must provide an accurate venue address during checkout to ensure the correct delivery fee is applied.

4. Security Bond

  • The $100 refundable bond will be refunded after the event if the equipment is returned clean and undamaged.
  • If the equipment is damaged, excessively messy, or stained, the bond becomes non-refundable. Additional damage costs may apply.

5. Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellations Made 7+ Days Before the Event: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations Within 7 Days: Any cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days of the event date will result in the deposit being withheld. Exceptions may be considered in cases of bad weather.
  • Right to Cancel: Bouncy Bubble House reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsuitable weather or space conditions. In such cases, any associated costs, including the refundable bond and delivery fee, may be withheld.

6. Weather and Outdoor Events

  • Clients are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and ensuring the event space is suitable before booking.
  • If the weather is deemed unsafe (e.g., strong winds over 25km/h or heavy rain), Bouncy Bubble House reserves the right to cancel the booking.

7. Equipment Use and Surface Requirements

  • Equipment can be set up on flat, clean surfaces such as grass, concrete, paving, or asphalt.
  • Outdoor grass setups will be pegged; harder surfaces will require weights.
  • Clients must use the equipment responsibly and follow safety instructions provided.
  • Face painting is strictly prohibited to prevent permanent stains.

8. Power Requirements

  • Equipment requires access to an electricity outlet within 25 meters of the setup location.

9. Equipment Quality and Safety

  • All equipment is commercial-grade and complies with Australian Safety Regulations.
  • Equipment is cleaned and sanitized before each event in accordance with Safe Work Australia guidelines.

10. Liability and Indemnification

Liability:

  • Bouncy Bubble House will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification:

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bouncy Bubble House from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from the use of our equipment or breach of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, and branding associated with Bouncy Bubble House are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of trademarks or content is strictly prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

Bouncy Bubble House reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website or direct communication.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bouncy Bubble House operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
