Return and Refund Policy for Bouncy Bubble House
Welcome to Bouncy Bubble House! We strive to make every event memorable and ensure your satisfaction with our services and products. Please find below the return and refund policy applicable to all rentals and services.
Booking and Cancellation:

Bond: A refundable bond/deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers any potential damages or losses to the equipment during your event.

Cancellation: Please cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled event date to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event without penalty, provided notification is given at least 24 hours before the event. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of equipment on the new requested date.

Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather that prevents your event from taking place, you may reschedule, subject to availability, or receive a full refund of the deposit and any other payments made in advance.
After Event Completion:

Return of Bond: The $100 bond will be refunded within 5 business days post-event, assuming all rented equipment is returned in its original condition without any damages or missing parts. Costs incurred due to damages or losses will be deducted from the bond, with any remainder refunded to you.

Damage Assessment: Should there be any damages, a detailed invoice for the repair costs will be issued. If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, you will be liable for the additional expenses.
- Space Condition: If the setup area is found to be excessively bumpy, dirty, or contains sharp objects, deductions may apply.
- Measurements and Setup: If a last-minute exchange of equipment is necessary due to inaccurate measurements, this may incur charges.
- Space Readiness: If the space is not prepared for our setup and we are required to move heavy furniture to accommodate our items, additional charges may be assessed for the time and effort involved.
- Damage to Hire Products: Any damage to the hired items will result in a deduction from the bond.
- Pack Down Time: Excessive time taken to pack down due to obstacles, such as scattered items or equipment, may affect the bond.
- Cleanliness: If the equipment is returned in an excessively dirty condition, or if there are food stains, marks or face paint found on the equipment after the event, this will also lead to bond deductions.
Non-Refundable Charges:

Delivery and Setup: Fees associated with the delivery, setup, and pack down of equipment are non-refundable as these services are rendered at the time of the event.

Service Fees: All service fees, including but not limited to special cleaning fees or special equipment requests, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
