Thank you for choosing Bouncy Bubble House for your event needs. The following shipping policy applies to all our rentals, including delivery, setup, and pack down services. Please review this policy to understand how we manage shipping for local and regional areas.
1. Standard Shipping/Delivery Charges:

Local Area Shipping/Delivery: Our Delivery Fee includes delivery, setup and pack down, for your convenience. We charge a delivery fee based on a distance tier system (Distance is calculated from North Melbourne, 3051):
0 - 25km = $100
26 - 35km = $125
36 - 45km = $150Please ensure you enter your venue address in the shipping address section during checkout to reflect the correct delivery fees.
2. Regional Area Shipping:
- Variable Fees: Shipping fees for deliveries outside of our local service areas, referred to as "Regional Areas," will vary depending on the specific location. The variation in fees is due to the additional distance and logistics required to service these areas.
- Estimate Requests: Clients are advised to contact us directly to receive a detailed quote for shipping to their specific regional location. The quote will be provided based on the distance, accessibility, and the logistics involved in delivering and setting up at the location.
3. Scheduling and Timeliness:
- Booking in Advance: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure that your event setup can be scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
- Delivery Window: Clients will be provided with a scheduled delivery window prior to the event. We strive to meet these windows; however, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances may affect our timing.
4. Setup and Pack Down:
- Professional Setup: Our team will handle the complete setup of the equipment to ensure it is safe and ready to use.
- Pack Down: After your event concludes, our team will also take care of the dismantling and pack down of the equipment.
5. Responsibility During Transit:
- Damage: Bouncy Bubble House is responsible for any damage to the equipment during transit. However, once the equipment is set up and handed over to the client, the responsibility shifts to the client until the equipment is packed down by our team.
6. Cancellation and Changes:
- Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule their delivery must notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid additional charges.
